Charity Photo Studio Photography Session For Shanti International In London

A day of beauty experience : photographer Gabrio Linari in collaboration with Shanti International offered a fashion shooting at IM Studio in London, UK for supporting charity and children in Africa. The income of this photo shoot has been devolved to charity. Take a look at what we did on sunday september 26th, 2010!

I have used a classic 45° setup for these studio shootings, the studio was equipped with Elinchrom softboxes and umbrellas. The main source which was a 60x60 softbox was set on the left of the set and on the right we had a smaller flash with a transparent umbrella used in bounce that was providing fill-light and giving better depth at the overall composition of the photograghs. The studio was not too big and since we had some light coming fron the windows on the left side, i preferred to pull the curtains since the pale sunshine of London's weather was giving some unwanted effects. It's always very important to keep an eye on the overall scene, never be too concentrated on your models, always pay attention to the small details before firing up your camera!
