Pierre Garroudi Atelier In London Review: A creative and innovative fashion designer that wants to be different.

Last week i had the great pleasure to meet the fashion designer Pierre Garroudi at his London Atelier/showroom and it has been a very positive experience. Pierre is an experienced designer that worked in New York where he had 3 boutiques and now he moved to London for following further his career.

Currently at work, he is the one responsible of his very designs and he follows the creation of the dresses in every step, making sure that every criteria is fully met. Even if he was really busy, working on his upcoming september 2010 fashion show in London, he explained me what are his main ideas, his projects and most of all, the fact that he wants to be different.

I think that nowadays this applies to all professions but in fashion industry it is even harder because it's an industry where creativity is always the first and most important thing therefore it's really challenging to come up with new designs. Yet i think that Pierre is doing an awesome job, as you can see he has interns working on his designs and it gave me the feeling of being at a fashion workshop.

Just like i said above, he wants to be different and his designs really show his unique style, each of his collection focuses on colors, each has a different color and this makes him stand out the crows. Together with the colors, his own designs make the rest. The result is pretty impressive and he not only designs fashion clothing but he also designs lamps, chairs and at his showroom he also showcases creative objects.

This designer truly works with passion at his projects and he dedicates all his time to his creations yet he dedicated me almost one hour of his time and this was pretty impressive since everybody is always tied up by "time" .
